Don’t get us wrong. We love seeing you in the branch and in the drive thru. But we realize sometimes you may be too busy to drop by. You need 24/7 access to your money. That’s why we offer free online services – home banking, bill pay, ACH electronic payments, e-statements and e-alerts – for you.

Free Online Home Banking

Home Banking lets you do all of the following online:

  • Check your balances
  • Make and see pending transfers, payments, and transactions
  • Review your account transaction history
  • Control your credit cards
  • Submit travel notices
  • Find your statements
  •  Access Bill Pay
  • Make loan payments
  • View pending transactions
  • See what checks have cleared
  • And more

To get started with Home Banking, visit a branch or call the Member Resource Center to request an application be sent to you. Then just log in with your account number and password from the RGCU home page. You’ll be able to change your password the first time you log in. If you forget your password, call us, and we’ll reset it for you. Also, to keep your online banking secure, your account will freeze after three consecutive unsuccessful login attempts. If this happens, just call us, and we’ll get you up and running again.

Forgot Password

If you lose or forget your Home Banking password (or access code), you can have it reset by:

  • Visiting any branch, or
  • Calling or texting 505-262-1401 during Member Resource Center hours.

Home Banking allows for three consecutive failed login attempts before it will freeze your account. If you have entered your password unsuccessfully too many times and your account has been frozen, exit the site and contact us (see above). We'll remove the freeze and help you get back online. This is to prevent password guessing. If you have a good strong password, it is extremely unlikely that anyone can guess your password in three attempts.

New Account

We're happy to set up your Rio Grande Home Banking account! Visit a branch to set up your access or call or text our Member Resource Center at 505-262-1401.
Once you have your online banking password, you can enter your account number and password in the Home Banking login on our home page.

Free Online Bill Pay

RGCU’s free online Bill Pay lets you set up automatic payments and more at your fingertips. Pay anyone electronically and securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Don’t worry about signing checks anymore. Say bye-bye to sealing envelopes and buying postage, too!
