The index is 8.50% as of 07/27/2023. Your home equity line of credit rate may change monthly as stated in your Mortgage Disclosure. The maximum rate that can be charged on a home equity line of credit is 18.00% APR. There are no application fees. Loans are subject to a loan origination fee of $250. Borrower is responsible for homeowners insurance and, if required, flood insurance. Please consult your tax advisor about the deductibility of interest. |
