This year has been full of meaningful achievements across our seven branches in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. We’ve continued to strengthen the services you rely on and expanded the ways we support our members’ financial well-being. From offering free financial coaching — available even for non-members — to helping families plan budgets, build credit, and work toward long-term goals, our focus has remained simple: empower our community with tools that create confidence and stability.

Giving Back to Our Community

2025 also brought growth in our community impact. From volunteering at organizations like Storehouse New Mexico and collaborating with Special Olympics, walking for a cure at the Lobo Cancer Challenge, to sharing financial education with students, we stayed committed to showing up where we’re needed most. These partnerships remind us that a credit union is more than a place to bank — it’s a neighbor, a supporter, and a resource.

Member Experience

Operationally, we continued improving member experience too. This year, we continued improving the member experience across all our branches — expanding access, increasing convenience, and ensuring that our teams are ready to support every member with the respect, care, and personal attention they deserve. Whether online or in person, we worked to make your financial experience smoother and more welcoming. Our lending services — from auto loans to personal lending options — helped members achieve milestones like buying first car, consolidating a debt, or refinancing for a lower rate. And every day, our teams delivered the personalized, people-first service that makes RGCU different.
