  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken breast (can use pork chops or chicken thighs)
  • 1 small head cabbage, thinly sliced or shredded (can use bok choy if it’s in season)

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1-1 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five-spice (can use 1 teaspoon ground ginger)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemons or limes for garnish

  4. Cook onion and garlic until soft.
  5. Add meat, cabbage, seasonings and soy sauce.
  6. Stir-fry until cabbage begins to soften.
