Lobbies now open
Here is what you need to know...
Rio Grande Credit Union will reopen lobbies Monday, May 18. But things are going to look a little different.
Limited number in lobbies
Due to restrictions, we are only able to allow a limited number of members in at a time. That means wait times could be long. Don't forget about all the other ways you can do business with us, including drive-thru lanes and VideoCONNECT.

We have a new online appointment scheduler to make things more convenient for you.
Wear your mask.
The Governor's latest mandate is that everyone must wear a mask whenever in a public places - that includes RGCU. If you don't have a mask, one will be provided.
Social distancing will be in place.
Six feet between people is the minimum. For your convenience, we will have reminder markings spaced off in each lobby.
Small numbers please
To accommodate as many members and as fast as we can, we respectfully request you visit individually or, if necessary, with a joint owner of your account. We look forward to the day when we can welcome your entire family again.
You will be asked some general questions about your health upon arrival. If you don't feel well, have a fever or a cough, please reconsider your visit.
No waiting areas in the lobbies.
Simply put, there will be no waiting areas for anyone at this point. We cannot provide areas for congregation at this point.
No coin service at this time
We apologize for any inconvenience, but coin machines will be unavailable during this period.
No coffee or refreshments
We love welcoming you with a nice cup and an occasional refreshment, but we are going to have to wait a little longer for that.
Final note? Please only visit if absolutely necessary.
